"Together with our myelofibrosis posters, these presentations highlight the continued progress of our clinical-stage portfolio of therapies targeting myeloproliferative neoplasms and our commitment to addressing significant unmet needs for patients with these diseases."

The oral presentation of data from the Phase 2 RESTORE-PV study in patients with polycythemia vera will share baseline and safety data for N=40 patients from Cohorts A and B, as well as PK, PD, and other efficacy endpoints for the N=20 patients from Cohort A.

DISC-0974 and DISC-3405 are investigational agents and are not approved for use as therapies in any jurisdiction worldwide.
