On September 29, 2026 Jecho Laboratories, Inc. reported it will present emerging preclinical data on JLC068, an affinity-modulated EGFR/TF bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (bsADC) at the 17th Annual World ADC Congress. EGFR and Tissue Factor (TF) are frequently co-overexpressed in solid tumors, including lung, breast, and pancreatic cancers. However, single antigen targeting ADCs have limited efficacy due to antigen heterogeneity and acquired resistance. Jecho has engineered a bsADC with TF-arm attenuation to spare normal tissue and widen the therapeutic window. JLC068 demonstrated robust efficacy across three xenograft models and was well-tolerated at efficacious doses.
