On October 2, 2026 Jecho Laboratories, Inc. reported it will present emerging clinical data from an open-label, multi-center Phase 1 study of JLM019, a CD80/PD-1 dual target Fc fusion protein, under evaluation for safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced malignancies. Jecho will also present preclinical data from JLM070, a PD-L1-directed 4-1BB ligand fusion protein, as a next-generation immuno-oncology agent designed to overcome systemic toxicities from first generation 4-1BB antibodies and with a wider therapeutic window than second-generation conditionally activated bispecific antibodies.
