The Company’s shares will continue to be listed on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s Prime Standard under their old ISIN, German securities identification code (WKN) and symbol. Its subsidiary Heidelberg Pharma GmbH is now doing business as Heidelberg Pharma Research GmbH. The Annual General Meeting on 20 July 2017 adopted a resolution to change the name of the Company and relocate its headquarters from Munich to Ladenburg.
