(NASDAQ:LPCN), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on metabolic and endocrine disorders, reported the closing of a public offering of (i) 10,450,000 Class A Units, each consisting of shares of its common stock and common warrants to purchase its common stock and (ii) 1,550,000 Class B Units consisting of pre-funded warrants and warrants to purchase its common stock, at a price of $0.50 per Class A Unit and $0.4999 per Class B Unit, for total gross proceeds to the Company of approximately $6.0 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other estimated offering expenses (Press release, Lipocine, NOV 18, 2019, View Source [SID1234551421]).
