The oral presentation of data from the Phase 2 RALLY-MF study in patients with anemia of MF will cover N=61 patients with data through April 27, 2026. At the time of the abstract deadline, there were N=43 evaluable patients. Major response rates among evaluable patients at the abstract cutoff were 54% (15/28) for the non-transfusion dependent cohort, 67% (6/9) for the lightly transfused (TD Low) cohort, and 50% (3/6) for the heavily transfused (TD High) cohort. Overall response (major response + minor response) was 70%, with similar response regardless of concomitant JAK inhibitor therapy. "Neoadjuvant therapy has demonstrated that the timing of immunotherapy can be critical," said Professor Paolo A. Ascierto, Lead Principal Investigator of NEO-CYT. "Treating patients while the tumor is still present may generate deeper and more durable immune responses. NEO-CYT is designed to investigate whether MDNA11, a next-generation IL-2 Superkine, may potentiate the immune activity of nivolumab, with or without ipilimumab, leading to improved pathologic responses and potentially higher cure rates in patients with resectable, high-risk melanoma."

The NEO-CYT study is designed to evaluate MDNA11 as neoadjuvant immunotherapy before curative-intent surgery in earlier-stage melanoma patients whose immune systems may be more amenable to immunotherapy and more likely to benefit from treatment. MDNA11 will be evaluated in combination with nivolumab, with or without ipilimumab, with major pathologic response as a primary endpoint, which is considered predictive of long-term survival outcomes.

MDNA11 is a long-acting, ‘beta-enhanced not-alpha’ IL-2 Superkine specifically engineered to overcome the shortcomings of aldesleukin and other next generation IL-2 variants by preferentially activating immune effector cells (CD8+ T and NK cells) responsible for killing cancer cells, with minimal or no stimulation of immunosuppressive Tregs. Recent Corporate Highlights:

Phase 3 REGAL Trial of GPS: Ongoing Phase 3 REGAL trial evaluating GPS in AML patients who have achieved complete remission following second-line salvage therapy. Reaching the required pre-specified 80th event (death) will trigger the customary database lock, blinded data review procedures prior to statistical analysis, unblinding, and disclosure of topline results. As of May 11, 2026, 78 events have occurred and SELLAS will provide an update and announce when the 80th event has been reached.

Ongoing dosing of SLS009 in earlier-line AML: SELLAS has initiated an 80-patient Phase 2 trial in newly diagnosed AML patients, including those who become refractory early to AZA/VEN treatment identified through extensive transcriptomics, genomics, and proteomics models. Preclinical Data on SLS009 in AML Presented at the 2026 American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) (Free AACR Whitepaper): The data show that SLS009 induces apoptosis in AML cell lines, including those harboring high-risk ASXL1 and TP53 mutations. Pharmacodynamic changes were observed as early as 8 hours after treatment and became more pronounced over time, with reductions in MCL-1 and survivin levels that correlated with increased apoptosis. At-the-Market (ATM) Offering: SELLAS established an ATM equity offering under its S-3ASR shelf registration, providing the Company with the ability to raise up to $150 million in capital over time. The facility, to be utilized through TD Cowen, enables flexible and opportunistic access to the equity markets. The Company has not sold any shares of common stock through its ATM to date.

Financial Results for the First Quarter 2026:

Research and Development Expenses: Research and development expenses for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, were $5.1 million, compared to $3.2 million for the same period in 2025. The increase was primarily due to increases in manufacturing costs, clinical and regulatory consulting, and clinical trial expenses in preparation for a potential Biologics License Application for GPS following the final analysis of the REGAL study.

General and Administrative Expenses: General and administrative expenses for the first quarter of 2026 were $4.1 million, as compared to $2.9 million for the same period in 2025. The increase was primarily due to increases in professional fees, consulting and public company costs, and non-cash stock-based compensation.

Net Loss: The net loss was $8.4 million for the first quarter of 2026, or a basic and diluted loss per share of $0.05, as compared to a net loss of $5.8 million for the first quarter of 2025, or a basic and diluted loss per share of $0.07.
Cash Position: As of March 31, 2026, cash and cash equivalents totaled approximately $107.1 million. Subsequent to March 31, 2026, the Company received an additional $7.5 million in proceeds from the exercise of previously outstanding warrants.

Financial Results for Q1 2026

Revenue from the sale of the TriNav system, was $8.9 million for the three months ended March 31, 2026, a decrease of 2.9% compared to the same period in 2025. The decrease in revenue was primarily due to the Company’s commercial expansion.
Gross margins were 86.2% for the three months ended March 31, 2026, compared to 83.7% for the same period in 2025. The year-over-year increase in gross margin was primarily due to lower average cost per TriNav unit.
Operating losses were $8.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 2026, compared to losses of $7.3 million for the same period in 2025. The increase in operating losses was primarily driven by higher sales and marketing expenses related to our commercial expansion and an increase in non-cash stock-based compensation expense, partially offset by improved gross margins.
Net income available to common stockholders was $1.5 million for three months ended March 31, 2026, compared to a net loss of $11.1 million for the same period in 2025. The current period includes $11.3 million of non-cash gains related to changes in the fair value of various derivatives for the three months ended March 31, 2026, compared to losses of $1.7 million for the same period in 2025. The basic and diluted earnings (loss) per share for three months ended March 31, 2026, was $0.03, compared to $(0.39) for the same period in 2025.
The non-GAAP measure of adjusted EBITDA is shown in the table below as the Company believes it is an important measure of performance. Adjusted EBITDA losses were $5.8 million for the three months ended March 31, 2026, compared to losses of $5.5 million for the same period in 2025. The increase in adjusted EBITDA losses were primarily driven by higher stock-based compensation and increased operating expenses.
On March 31, 2026, cash and cash equivalents totaled $56.6 million. The Company raised $46.0 million in gross proceeds in the first quarter from an equity offering. The Company believes that these proceeds provide sufficient cash runway to fully fund commercial expansion and pipeline development.

An oral presentation during the Plenary Abstracts Session on detailed efficacy and safety data from the global 52-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled RISE UP Phase 3 trial of mitapivat in patients aged 16 years or older with sickle cell disease. Results demonstrate that treatment with mitapivat significantly improved hemoglobin response (a ≥1.0 g/dL increase from baseline in average hemoglobin from Week 24 through Week 52) and reduced markers of hemolysis (red blood cell destruction). Additional analyses, including measures of clinical benefit and patient-reported outcomes that were not previously disclosed in the company’s November 2025 topline report, will also be presented. The RISE UP abstract was one of only six selected for this distinguished plenary session from thousands of submissions.
An oral presentation on long-term data from the ENERGIZE Phase 3 trial of mitapivat in adult patients with non-transfusion-dependent alpha- or beta-thalassemia. Of the 192 patients who received at least one dose of mitapivat or placebo in the double-blind period of ENERGIZE, 95% (n=182) opted to transition into the corresponding open-label extension (OLE) period, during which all patients receive mitapivat. The results show the durability of mitapivat treatment, with clinically meaningful hemoglobin improvements sustained for up to 127 weeks across the double-blind and OLE periods. During the OLE, nearly half (n=30/61) of non-responders who switched from placebo achieved a hemoglobin improvement (a ≥1 g/dL increase from baseline in average hemoglobin during any two consecutive OLE study visits), supporting a consistent treatment effect with mitapivat. Additionally, about one-third (n=23/68) of non-responders who received mitapivat during the double-blind period achieved a hemoglobin improvement during the OLE, suggesting a potential benefit of continued long-term treatment.

A related poster will highlight a subset of patients with higher baseline hemoglobin levels (≥9.5 g/dL) in ENERGIZE. Among these patients, 38.9% (n=7/18) in the mitapivat arm achieved a hemoglobin response (a ≥1 g/dL increase from baseline in average hemoglobin from Week 12 through Week 24) in the double-blind period, compared with 0% (n=0/11) in the placebo arm. Additionally, patients in the mitapivat arm showed a 5.1-point improvement in patient-reported fatigue scores compared with 0.8 points among those in the placebo arm, as measured by the least squares mean change from baseline in Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy (FACIT)-Fatigue from Week 12 to Week 24.
An oral presentation on the collaborator-led SATISFY Phase 2 trial of mitapivat in 24 patients with one of three rare hemolytic anemias: hereditary spherocytosis, hereditary xerocytosis, or congenital dyserythropoietic anemia type II. Treatment resulted in sustained hemoglobin improvements over 56 weeks. Notably, patients who achieved a hemoglobin response (a ≥1 g/dL increase from baseline in average hemoglobin during at least two consecutive study visits) also showed significant decreases in liver iron content, an important marker of downstream complications in hemolytic anemias.
