Professor Yang Lu, Deputy Director of the Department of Urology and Project PI of West China Hospital, Ms. Niu Qian, General Manager of West China Clinical Research Center Co., Ltd., Dr. Shi Yuenian, Chairman and CEO of KemiBio, and Dr. Lu Hanxin, CSO of KemiBio, attended the meeting.
KMV002 is an immunotherapy pipeline developed by KemiBio for mCRPC. Driven by the company’s core technology platform—SynNeogen—KMV002 utilizes AI-assisted engineering to achieve highly efficient targeted delivery of FcR-mediated dendritic cells (DCs), thereby activating cross-antigen presentation and specific CD8+ T cell immune responses, ultimately achieving the therapeutic goal of treating "cold tumors" of the prostate. In previous studies, KMV002 has demonstrated good therapeutic efficacy and safety in multiple animal models.
